Project Management Toolkit: Stage 4
Stage 4 - Test & Implement
This section is intended to guide project managers through the testing and implementing stage of a HIS project. If used, the included ‘Test and Implement’ document template will need to be updated over time. The implementing team should expect this document to have many versions and to grow over time.
This template guides deeper testing and implementation activities based on the previous stages. It helps ensure that the project’s Health Information System meets requirements and needs, and supports detailed implementation planning.
