What is DISI?
The Data Integration Systems and Implementation (DISI) project provides the following technical assistance to countries:
- Practical guidance or recommendations for integrating health data from different sources and jurisdictions whilst ensuring availability of data quality (comprehensive, accurate, complete, and timely) in a manner that ensures privacy, security, and confidentiality for disease, case, and program management to enhance decision-making
- Software applications or platforms with relevant documentation that enables:
- customization and deployment
- data standardization
- data integration
- data use
- Country implementation
- leveraged DISI products and or processes to implement or improve data centralization for their use case
- Process to monitor and measure potential benefits and risks of implementing DISI
- metrics for projected efficiencies
