• Develop generic Informatics-Savvy Organization based assessment tools and support country planning process
• Develop generic budgeting and costing tools
• Costing of select Technical Assistance Platform (TAP) activities
• Costing of HIS interventions for limited, select countries
• Develop processes and guidance to support the use of tools and templates
• Develop training products and conduct limited, select trainings to support the use and adaptation of non-technical products
• Conduct hackathons to support use and adaptation of technical products to country context
• Make products globally accessible for use by all countries
• Provide limited technical assistance to support the understanding and use of generic products
• Develop generic guidance, tools, and templates for the ICC mechanism to support country specific implementation of TAP products
